BALIPHEX 2022 adalah Pameran filateli tahunan yang digelar oleh perkumpulan Filatelis Indonesia ( PFI ) Pengurus Daerah Provinsi Bali dengan pihak terkait.. BALIPHEX 2021 is a annual philately exhibition that host by Indonesian Philatelist Association regional Board of Bali Province with respective partner and institution.

14th BALIPHEX 2022 akan berlangsung dari tanggal 11 sampai dengan 15 November 2022 bertempat di I Am Bali 3 D Museum Monumen Bajra Sandhi Denpasar, Bali ( Jalan Raya Puputan, Renon, Denpasar). 14th BALIPHEX 2022 will be will be launch on 11-15 November 2022 at I AM Bali 3 D Museum Monumen Bajra Sandhi, Denpasar Bali, Indonesia.

Dalam sejarah perfilatelian di Provinsi Bali bahwa ini adalah kali keempat belas bahwa Pameran filateli bertajuk BALIPHEX yaitu dari tahun 1999, kemudian berturut turut dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun ini.Set back to the history , there are fourthteen time that Philately exhibition in Bali namely by BALIPHEX start from 1999 and then 2010 until now.

Adapun BALIPHEX yang merupakan singkatan dari Bali Philately Exhbition merupakan program filateli tahunan di Provinsi Bali yang berupa Pameran Regional/Nasional Filateli yang telah berlangsung sejak tahun 1999 dan secara reguler sejak tahun 2010. Dalam perjalanannya lingkup BALIPHEX sudah mengglobal menjadi Pameran Nasional dan juga international ( friendship or joint exhibition) Therefore BALIPHEX name itself is acronime for Bali Philately Exhibition that firstly lauch on 1999 and continuesly from 2010.

Adapun penyelenggaraan BALIPHEX sebelumnya adalah sebagai berikut : Below are the respectful BALIPHEX from time to time :

1. Parfila BALIPHEX 1999 dilaksanakan di Auditorium Universitas Udayana Denpasar. Parfila BALIPHEX 1999 at Hall of Udayana University.

2. Parfila BALIPHEX 2010 tanggal 5-7 Oktober 2010 di Vestibule Kantor Pos Denpasar. Parfila BALIPHEX 2010 from 5-7 October 2010 at Denpasar Post Office.

3. Parfila BALIPHEX 2011 tanggal 5-12 November 2011 di Vestibule Kantor Pos Denpasar. Parfila BALIPHEX 2011 from 5-12 November 2011 at Denpasar Post Office

4. Parfila Baliphex 2012 Three Nations : Indonesia-India-Belgia tanggal 5-11 November 2012 di Vestibulle Kantor Pos Denpasar. Parfila Baliphex 2012 Three Nations Indonesia-India-Belgia from 5-11 November 2012 at Denpasar Post office.

5. Parfila Baliphex 2013 Inspirasi Maha Karya Seni Filateli tanggal 6-10 November 2013 di City Mall Denpasar Junction. Parfila BALIPHEX 2013 Inspiration Fine Art Philately from 6-10 November 2013 at City Mall Denpasar Junction.

6. Parfila BALIPHEX 2014 tanggal 5-11 November 2014 di Monumen Perjuangan Rakyat Bali. Parfila BALIPHEX 2014 from 5-11 November 2014 at Bali People Struggle Monument.

7. Panfila BALIPHEX 2015 tanggal 13-17 Mei 2015 bertempat di Ramay6ana Hardys Mall Denpasar. This BALIPHEX is a national philately exhibition.

8. 8th BALIPHEX 2016, Reinventing FIne Art Philately of Bali. Vestibulle Gallery Kantor Pos Denpasar.

9. Panfila BALIPHEX 2017, Inspiring Fine Art Philately of Bali, 10th Bali Philately Exhibition , I AM Bali 3D Interactive Museum, Denpasar, Bali. This Baliphex is a national philately exhibition.

10. Panfila and Four Nations Stamp Exhibition BALIPHEX 2018 ( Indonesia , Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia ) , 3-8 August 2018 at I Am Bali 3 D Interactive Museum Denpasar Bali.

11. 11th BALIPHEX 2019, from 13-19 November 2019 is a Be Nation Indonesia India Philately Exhibition, at I am Bali 3 D Interactive Museum Bajra Sandhi Denpasar Bali. Main theme of philatelictr issue is The Ramayana.

12. 12th BALIPHEX 2020, from 28-31 December 2021 at Main Atrium First floor Mall Level 21 Denpasar Bali. BALIPHEX 2020 is International Friendship Philately Exhibition and Competition that participate by more than 100 exhibit ( more than 250 frames ) that helad by LIVE and VIRTUAL with participant from Indonesia, India, Singapore, and Germany.

13. 13th BALIPHEX 2021, National Philately Exhibition, as International Friendship Philately Exhibition and Competition, with participant from Indonesia, India, Uni Arab Emirat. BALIPHEX 2021 held from 3 to 7 December 2021 at Main Atrium Mall Level 21 Denpasar Bali.

BALIPHEX dalam setiap penyelenggaraannya selalu menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi bagi segenap pihak yang terlibat didalamnya baik dari unsur penyelenggara, pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, kalangan pendidikan, industri filateli dan masyarakat umum. During the preparation , the day of BALIPHEX always encourage and stimulus eagerness and passion from all respective parties such as the commitee, exhibitors, booth holders as well as student and goverment.
